Free Urban Delivery over $250.00
We can ship our products anywhere in NZ and usual delivery time is 1-3 days for courier deliveries. Please get in touch to find out delivery times for your larger products and rural areas.
Delivery charges:
- Order value: over $250.00 = FREE freight* **
- Order value: $0 to $50 = $8.00 freight
- Order value: $51 to $250 = $15.00 freight.
- Order value: $0 to $90 = $8.00 freight.
- Order value: over $90.00 = FREE freight* **
*All Rural deliveries = $20.00 freight (we can deliver to your local farm supply store in town instead). Check your address here: addresscheck.co.nz If your address is Waiheke, Stewart or Chatham Is. etc., this may not be covered by the rural charge. Large items from approx. 1.8m wide need to travel on furniture trucks so delivery time may vary, just call us when you order or use the chat box below ↓
**Upstairs and hi-rise free delivery may be unavailable due to Health & Safety policies of our 3rd party freight carriers. To ensure smooth delivery please check the access and dimensions of your lifts. Items which do not fit inside the lifts may be delivered only to the ground floor. Please contact us for a quote on any upstairs delivery address.
Due to the fragile nature of whiteboards they can occasionally get damaged in transit.
It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you, the recipient, thoroughly check the product's condition when it arrives and only sign the delivery documents or scanner if it has indeed ‘arrived in good condition’. Acceptance of a delivery affirms items are in good condition and completes the supply and delivery contract. We cannot reasonably hold our staff or carriers liable for damage found after they have left. Please also contact us within 24 hours if there is any damage noted. If a product is noted as damaged in transit, or is faulty we will repair it or send a replacement.
If you simply change your mind or wish to return the product it must be returned at your cost plus the cost of the original delivery and restocking fees. It must be sufficiently packaged so it is received back to us in good, resaleable condition. Please contact us first before returning any product as we can indicate the preferred shipping method and delivery address and refund amount. Made-to-order products like our custom-colour glassboards or some CONVO™ mobiles may be non-returnable.
