CHARGE ACCOUNTS: All New Zealand Schools automatically get access to a charge account with Whiteboards NZ. You don’t need to have an account login to order but it makes it more convenient for reordering and viewing your order history etc. You can easily set one up prior to ordering or when you place an online order (follow the steps in this guide below) or give us a call. Buy what you need now, and we will invoice your school.

“JUST FOR SCHOOLS” PRICES: Some products, like our bulk packs of SNOWMAN MARKERS, are available to all our Whiteboards NZ customers at the great prices shown on our Whiteboards NZ website. They are showing the BTS price already. Other products, like our whiteboards and other school necessities, will have special school-only discounts available (between October and April) that will come off the total of the order at the checkout once you select a “school order.” and enter the discount code. We will alert you to these extra savings on the product descriptions to let you know schools get an even better deal than what’s shown.

The coupon code to get the Back-to-School prices is SCHACCT. This can only be applied if ordering on a school account i.e. a School email and delivery address.

STEPS TO PLACE AN ORDER & SET UP A SCHOOL CHARGE ACCOUNT

You will only need to go through these steps the first time you order.

  1. Go to WHITEBOARDSNZ website and find what you need.
  2. Add your items to your CART.
  3. When you have finished shopping, proceed to CHECKOUT
  4. Fill in the Billing address information including your School name and tick the blue box at the bottom to “Create an Account” This will save your details in our system.
  5. If the delivery address is different to the billing address don’t forget to complete those address fields too.
  6. Scrolling down the page you’ll see payment selections. You need to select the “Schools or credit account holders” This will ensure your order is dispatched straight away and invoiced to the school
  7. Tick the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”.
  8. Finally, Click the PLACE ORDER BUTTON.
