Payment & Ordering Questions & Answers
You Can pay via Credit/Debit Card - we use Stripe (preferred) or PayPal to manage these transactions. Or you can pay by bank account transfer. You can also pay on invoice to our bank account if you select the 'Purchase Order' option.
You can do this for no cost up until it is dispatched except for items that are made to order. Please contact us as soon as possible here

No, we normally require full payment before dispatch. If you're a school or making repeat orders, please feel free to ask about a credit account.
No, unless you're a school you really need to pay prior otherwise our team won't know to release the order. We don't have Eftpos or card payment facilities on site.
Pick Up & Delivery Questions & Answers
No. We are an online-only store based in Taranaki and with no 'retail shopfront'. Most customers are too far away to come in and collect and besides we have an awesome delivery service!
No, all pricing is plus GST.
Yes! We can ship to pretty much every country in the world using TNT/FedEx or NZ Post who are both very fast and extremely reliable.
If a signature is required the courier may leave you a card with details to arrange collection from a depot, otherwise you can contact us to arrange a suitable delivery address or to get tracking info on your order.
Order < $50 Shipping is $8
Order < $250 Shipping is $15
Order Over $250 is Free Shipping. Or if it's to a rural address there's a flat fee of $20
Not normally, except for very small packages. However if you only have a PO Box for delivery please contact us prior to ordering.
Once we've shipped out your order, you'll often receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking code. Otherwise you can contact us to get an updates or tracking code. Some products are made or printed to order, and very large items need to go on a furniture truck so may not have live tracking.
Returns & Warranty Questions & Answers
Yes! If you change your mind about an item that you've recently purchased, you can return it to us, and we'll offer you an exchange, account credit or refund. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. You will also be liable for shipping costs and restocking fees.
We aim to process all returns within 7 days from the date it's received back at the warehouse.
Check for tears in the packaging where items could have dropped out. Please do also tip the boxes upside down - whiteboard accessories have often been known to get stuck in the cardboard! If that doesn't help, please contact us here.
We have an easy returns process. Just place the item back into its original packaging and contact us to arrange collection
While this happens very rarely, if you receive a different item from what you ordered, then please phone or email us straight away so we can rectify it for you.
If you received an item that's faulty, please email us at with your order details and a description on the fault along with images if you can. We will decide whether the item can be repaired or replaced
